GLP1 Almanac("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
We only collect personal information you choose to provide, such as when you:
- Take the eligibility quiz— we ask for your email (and optionally ZIP code) so we can email you your results and the Doctor's Visit Checklist. The quiz also records your answers (Part D status, BMI, and the health conditions you check) so the result is accurate.
- Request the meal planner grocery list by email.
- Suggest a provider for the directory — we collect the details you submit, including the email you provide.
We use this information only to deliver what you asked for and to improve our content. We do not sell it or share it for others' marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are popular). This includes general information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you. It is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

- Supabase — secure database storage for the information above.
- Resend — sending the emails you request (quiz results, grocery list).
- Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics — understanding site usage.
- Vercel — website hosting.

Your choices
- You can ask us to delete your email and quiz responses at any time.
- You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
